Shift the weight on F53 Ford

Golf cart on back of Vista 30T has back axle over weight by 1300#. Gross weight is OK at 18,000#, with full fuel and full fresh water. Is there any way to shift the weight forward (springs, air bags, etc) to get more weight to the front?

Not really, you have to move or re-move weight to make any difference.
Is the golf cart on a carrier ? If so switching to a trailer would be an option.
Depending on the water tank location , running with a bunch less water might help, my fresh tank hold 850 lbs. of water.

I think you've got a bigger problem than just the golf cart.

My electric cart weighs about 900 pounds, even with the carrier and some leverage thrown in there I think you're over your rear axle weight even without the cart.
