I'm thinking of buying a 2009 Thor Four Winds 25C. It has the Ford V-10 engine. I also have a 2006 F150 with the three valve 5.4 V8. My questions are:
Is the 2009 V-10 a three valve? Does it need the Ford check valve oil filter? How hard is it to change the oil yourself? Does the V-10 need the spark plugs changed every 50K miles? Does V-10 suffer from the key phasor issues?

As twin boat states , no cam phasers it's a 2 valve, very very reliable, only use motorcraft filters and oil I believe 5/20. The v10 is probably the best truck engine Ford has EVER made
We have a 2015 Thor ACE on a F-53 with V-10 and a 2004 F-150 with 4.6 V8 so very similar to what you have. Truck and MH both use the same oil and oil filter, I use all Motorcraft and buy at WalMart or similar are quite reasonable in price. One thing I have done that makes oil changes easier is installing a Fumoto valve on both. Jim.
