I have a 2000 triple-E Commander on a Ford F-53 chassis. Like many on this site, my vacuum lines have deteriorated. Unfortunately the vacuum pot operating the blend on the passenger side blend has fallen into disrepair and I need a new one. It is an Acme system who have gone out of business so any help in sourcing this part would be much appreciated. I would also appreciate advice on the best way to dig into this unit to extract the pot.
Many thanks.

What I see in the pic is a job for JBweld. Looks like the vacuum actuater has rusted off of the base, but otherwise still intact. You could find and retrofit other vacuum actuators off rockauto, or any junk car from that era, but the trouble isn't worth it in my opinion.
If you go the JBweld route, that may be spring loaded, and take some thinking to get it in place and held until it cures, without locking up the mechanism. Don't mix it up until you have a solid plan.
