What type of power steering fluid do I need?

I have a 2013 Coachmen Leprechaun 210qb Class C RV.
It has a Ford e350 Super Duty V10 6.8L engine.

What type of power steering fluid does this engine use? I believe it is Mercon V but want to be sure. I have two other 2015 Class C RVs with the Ford e450 Super Duty v10 6.10L engine that use Mercon LV. I did some googling yesterday and found a site indicating that for these Ford engines in 2013 the recommendation switches from Mercon V to Mercon LV. Since my RV is 2013 (right on that border) I just want to double check which to use. Thanks!

Side note: Changing/refreshing power steering fluid: While searching for my answer, I saw someone post an informative video on their recommendation to replace 1qt of power steering fluid a year with new power steering fluid. Is this generally a good practice? How much total power steering fluid does the overall system hold?

I do not have an owner's manual for this RV. Does anyone know where I can find one online? I have searched to no avail...

Thanks!
Chris

Chris-

Ford owner manuals are here. Your 2013 coach may be built on a 2012 or 2013 chassis. The power steering fluid spec for the 2013 E-350 is here.

In my experience with Ford's engine oil specs, they've been known to offer alternatives after the manuals are published. I have no idea if they have done so for the power steering fluid spec.
