I have noticed a 'creeking' noise coming from the front wheels on my 2007 Hurricane (Ford F53 chassis with only 2,000 miles on the clock). I noticed it when my wife was moving it and I was directing her at a campground yesterday.

I have booked it into the Ford dealer for Wednesday AM to have them look at it.

Any thoughts? I want to be as prepared as possible before I leave it in as I am not mechanically inclined when it comes to steering / suspension issues.

The service advisor also stated that there is the possibility it might be a coach-builder issue and not a Ford issue. How does that work with warranty?

Hi Cannon man
I have a '96 Winnie on an F-53 chassis and the wheels liners were making noise,I removed them and on the inside outer edge they were rubbing on the wheel.I bought some 1/8" foam sealant tape,it's about 2" wide, and stuck 2 layers about 2" long in 4 places around the liner. It did the trick for me. Good luck. Rick

I removed the wheel liners tonight a checked it out. The noise is gone. I never would have guessed it could be that simple.

Thanks for the advice.
