1989 Crown Royale, RR8 chassis vibration while turning

RR8 chassis.
I have a vibration at highway speeds from the front end but only when I turn.
Seems to be more pronounced when turning right.
Also, seems to start happening only after 1+ hrs of driving....
I lifted the front end off the ground and pried with crowbar under the wheels. Did not notice any looseness in the bearings.
Maybe .003-.004 vertical play in the kingpin area on the right side...Ideas?
It does have a saf-t-steer installed too.
Tires are bead balanced with the appropriate amount of weight.

Sure sounds like a bad wheel bearing.

If oil filled, look for metallic flakes in the oil.

I grease, pop off the cap for a look.

Old grease style.
Id feel it with prying with crowbar under the wheel no?
Its a rockwell 12k lb front axle.

EDIT: I found the bearing setting procedure. tighten to 100 ft lbs while rotating assembly back and forth. Fully back the nut off. retighten to 50 ft lbs.
Goal is to have .001 to .01 end play. by backing off the nut 1/6 to 1/8 turn.
