Monaco Dynasty overheating problem

We are from California, on a trip in Charleston SC, we arrived yesterday afternoon from parts in North Carolina, I saw the trans temp was 217, engine was at 222 degrees, got off the highway in a parking lot noticed the side hydraulic cooling fan was not working, it was turning but just slightly, I drove it with low load on the engine it got down to 205 degrees. I understand the fan controller is prone to fail and by unplugging the harness the fan should run on high speed, did that nothing, I found a truck repair shop who thinks the fan motor itself is the problem, but they are 90% sure, this has never happened to me before, if in fact the motor is the problem I think I will install a Wax valve from Source because I suspect that will be next.

I would post on Monaco owners group this one gets far less traffic.
I also think it should go full pulling the plug so issue is probably hydralic.
There's a priority valve splits hyd pressure between power steering and fan from what I have read. and I imagine a proportional hyd valve driven by the elect. control temp box.
Recently someone had. PS low pressure issue not fan due to priority valve. They were able to disassemble, clean and free it up maybe you can do the same with proportional valve.

I am curious, if you have a wax valve controlling the fan what did you unplug? Mine has the wax valve and it doesn’t have any electrical controller for the fan. 2005 Panther C13

Need to verify your system. Mine also uses the wax valve and I believe it is a hydraulic method of controlling temperature
