Need Help Reading The Tag Axle Pressure Gauge

My tag axle pressure gauge has 2 circles of numbers on the face of the gauge. The outer circle in black and the inner circle in blue. Which line do I read and set the pressure to that line?

One is marked PSI & the other is probably KPa. Use the PSI scale.

Sounds like previous owner changed the gauge. Mine is just a standard 100# gauge. You can remove it (just unscrew it) and find a Parker Hose Store, they are everywhere and they have new gauges in every size and threads. I have mine set at 38 lbs. and have 7000 lbs. on the tag.

Safe travels
Dave

Ah, just found this forum/thread - good thread !

Is this what we are talking about ?

I guess I should have the engine running and air up to read the psi as this looks pretty low when parked
