Are you filling it to the top ? To much fluid and it expands, spilling out.

Is there a dip stick on the cap, should be. Don't fill it to the top.

Is the oil foaming in the tank right after a drive ? Air causes that, check all clamps and fittings. Always look where the last guy worked first.

Not over filling it it seems to be getting fluid from transmission and it keeps leaking out from it being over full it was just at a shop for this they filled the transmission back up drained excess out of power steering and it was fine they said they burped it to get air out then it was ok for the first 500 miles now it is overfull again and transmission is 3 quarts low

I am not familiar with the hydraulic system on your coach

But if the transmission is getting low and they hydraulic reservior is over full that is your problem

When did this start??? After a service??

Do you have a separate tranny cooler. Is there a cooler for the steering/fan drive circuit? These systems on my coach are completely separate.

Something is wrong, need to trace all the lines to/from transmission. Need to trace lines to fan drive to the pump.

Advise you to join the Monacoers.org site, lots of good people who might be able to help that have a similar coach.

I am pretty familiar with your style Monaco coach, from the sounds of it, transmission fluid is entering your p/s system via a wet spline kit that goes to your Power take off units or PTO's, which are mounted to the side of the transmission. these PTO pumps are what drive the hydraulic pressure for your radiator fan and steering. There are usually 2 PTO's for that size of a coach. The bad news is that the company that makes those pumps which is most likely a Sauer Dan Foss pump, in our experience, will take anywhere from 6-9 months for a replacement unit as they are built to order, and have no way of expediting the build process, as we usually have to go through a local Sauer Dan Foss dealer.

If it is the pump on the PTO it might be a simple matter as a seal/o-ring. Only way to know is to pull it off and have it looked at.

If there numbers on the pump you might try contacting Whitehouse Products in the UK, they supply the hydraulic components to USA venders. I purchased a thermovalve from them in 2015, saved a lot of money even after shipping and the foreign exchange conversion.

I know the number on my thermovalve had the same number sequence but they use \ as breaks and it was hard to find.

The other source to check is https://revrvparts.com/store
