7 pin no power to trailer brakes

I'm trying to install a Prodigy wireless brake controller. There is no power to the electric brake 7 pin. The pin is in the 5 o'clock position. Blue wire runs to it. I'm having trouble tracing it. Fuses for brake lights, turn signal etc. up front above generator. I can find one for the trailer brakes. Where do I go from here?

Since you're in the Spartan Chassis forum, don't you have an electrical compartment in the left front of the RV, in front of the tire? On my Spartan Chassis, most every chassis wire runs into that cabinet. Spartan can provide electrical schematics if you give the VIN.
