Replace porly worn tires and do an alignment.
Check your tire inflation is sufficient for each tire load after weighing.
Check your shocks.
Consider suspension upgrades - steering stabilizer, rear trac bar, etc.

Using Goodyear G670 RV Unisteel 245/70R19.5G commercial truck tires.

Rear axle too soft...........some options come to mine including Sumo Springs, second rear anti-swaybar and rear trac bar. This is what I have on my motorhome, besides Koni shocks.

I would recommend the following first check the tag on the wall by the driver seat. Make sure you are using the correct size tires. I have 275/80R22.5 load range H
Next I would recommend you take it to a qualified MH shop that can do an alignment and confirm the ride height on all four corners. If one corner is significantly off it can cause ride problems. Make certain to check the rear torsion bar.

Mine rides pretty solid but I did replace the rear torsion bar last year.

Specific to the 2000 Eagle. There was a recall for the 2000 Eagle in 2000, they replaced the front tire with a larger tire. The upgrade included a modification to the wheel well to allow for the larger tire. I would be concerned about clearance if using a different size
