New to Spartan

I have always had Freightliner chassis coaches .... but just ordered a 2022 Newmar Mountain Aire 4118 from NIRVC Atlanta and it only comes on a Spartan chassis. Just wondering about service locations in the southwest Florida area? I am located 10 minutes from NorthTrail RV but don't see them real receptive to an NIRVC bought coach. I tried to order this one from them, but they were just totally out of the ballpark on pricing. Where do all of you other Spartan owners in Florida go for service??

You might want to check the Entegra forum since they are all on Spartan chassis.

They also have a list of recommended service sites right on top.

Later...

Some Freightliner shops are also authorized Spartan Chassis shops. Then there is Cummins Coach Care facilities.

I just went through this to get the Spartan Recalls addressed on my 2020 DS on a K2 frame. So what I have learned is there are different levels of Spartan dealers, many will do basic oil changes and such, but anything under warranty or recalls has to go to a authorized Spartan shop, which are few and far between. For me I am 2 hours from Nashville where NIRVC has just opened a shop. Hands down the best experience I have had to date with any dealer dealing with warranty and recall issues. Even my dealer, who said they could work on them when I was buying, and had my coach for 4 ˝ months dealing with parts and manpower issues would not or could not help me with anything Spartan related. The Spartan website is pretty good for finding what dealers and their levels of work, around the country. But know it is not like Freightliner and you will have to deal with finding help.

Download the “Spartan Connected Care” app and it will give you authorized service locations for your area.
