It seems to me that my front and rear pressure always ran about mid gauge near the center mark. Lately, I noticed that the rear pressure has creeped up to the 3/4 mark. Is that normal or should I be looking into something?

I've heard that Spartan Motorhome Support is difficult to contact ; but try to get a air system diagram from them , tied to your serial number .
JMHO: The air distribution to the tanks should provide equal pressure to both tanks , so if your sure it's the rear tank pressure rising not the front dropping; then I'm thinking you have a gauge problem . Front tank on every Spartan diagram I've seen provides pressure to the suspension , so if the front was dropping then investigating a suspension air leak would be in order.
Another member with loss of gauge reading needs a sensor and there is no current supply, for his year of chassis .

My middle would be 65 psi which would be low.

Position of needle relative to gauge face is meaningless. The gauge should be marked in numbered increments. What is the closest number?
At 65 psi you are in danger of automatic spring brake engagement, which will lock up your rear brakes.
The first and foremost thing to check and rebuild is the automatic air dryer assembly. When it cannot function as designed it can cause several different air pressure symptoms.
