Revolution air suspension

Hello Spartan friends.

Our new to us 2007 Fleetwood Revolution LE 40E on a Spartan Chassis has me confused as to why when air pressure is up and and engine idling the air bags are not inflating.

Coach parked for winter and bags were dumped when parked. Parking brake set and stabilizers are retracted. I did not drop stabilizers when I parked it and manually dumped bags when parked. This is a DP with Cat 400HP diesel.

Any ideas why bags are not inflating when I have full front and rear air pressure?

Thank you.

I experienced that once,(HWH 610 system) called a mobile HDT repair shop, When the man arrived he asked me to activate the leveling system and allow it to complete the cycle.
After completion,I pushed store, after that completion the air springs filled and everything was normal. That lesson cost me $190.I hope that is your solution too.

Thank you Ray.

I did the same thing with our coach. Let coach fast idle and deployed the jacks. When I retracted them the bags filled up perfectly. Cycled 2x and let system deploy and retract on auto mode. Bags filled up after jacks retracted .

Thank you Ray.

On my 2006 Revolution I have to sometimes release air brake, put in D and then the bags start inflating. Might have an interlock malfunction.
