Is there a way to find out if a 'new to you/me' Newmar with Spartan chassis has had recall work already performed?

Yes. write down your chassis serial number, then phone Spartan. Your chassis serial # is key to any contact with Spartan.

Where is that on the chassis ? I am taking mine to Charlotte, MI this week to get my Hadley situation addressed.
