For those of you that have attended this week long event, what instruction did you receive on how to grease the zerks?

What I remember is being told to purchase the dewalt cordless grease gun, connect to each zerk and keep your finger on the trigger till you see grease come out. I was provided a list of all of the locations and a set of pictures. In my class we also went over and the instructor pointed out the locations.

The way I remember is to wipe off each zerk fitting first, so you don't push dirt in with the new grease, then add grease until the boot begins to bulge or you see fresh grease if no boot - then wipe off the old excess grease. But that was nearly 10 years ago.

We just attended the class last month and things haven't changed in 10 years! 'Big Mike' did not teach our class as it appears he fell off the K3 chassis training aid and demolished his shoulder! Matt did a good job of presenting the info to us.
