Where can you buy Def tethers or straps?

I have Googled and do not see any Def cap straps that look like what we have on our rigs. At least the K3 has a large diameter round opening on both ends of the strap. Anyone have an idea where I can get one? Are they available at truck stops? Do not see anything close on Amazon either.

Checked and they do not appear to offer one for the Spartan Motors K3. Also already looked on www.dormanproducts.com. Besides, seems like a waste to purchase another cap when the only thing needed is a $2 strap. How someone broke the strap in the first place is beyond me. Bought the rig used.
