'11 Coachmen Pathfinder 405fk tv amp
The Tv's in my motorhome stopped receiving antenna signals on my last outing. The source switch is in antenna. I checked for power at the antenna cable on the roof and found zero. My understanding is that this is an amplifier of connection problem. Any ideas where the amplifier is on this model Coachmen?

There is no voltage (power) going to the antenna.
The power goes to the amplifier at the switch inside.
The switch should have a red LED illuminated on the cover plate when power is on.

I found the amp behind a panel, it has a green light on. According to a RV repair guy, I should have 12vdc going out to the antenna, which has an internal circuit board. They sure don't make the access to these things user friendly.

Are you talking about a Broadcast HDTV Digital RV TV Antenna?
OR
A Roof Mounted RV Satellite Antenna?

It's just a winegard tv antenna that I've used to receive local channels (HD) and it's worked for the last year all the way to Alaska and back.
I broke down and emailed a winegard tech rep that is walking me through some steps to find my problem. I'll post when I get a solution.
thanks for your help along the way.

The tech rep says that with this model, the amplifier is in the antenna head and it receives 12vdc through the coax from a power supply in the coach. We're troubleshooting through email to determine if it's a bad power supply or something in the coax/antenna side. It's all magic to me.

Just bypassed the power supply by using a coax to coax connecter taking the antenna input and connecting to the tv output. I received 3 channels instead of the usual 15+ because the amplifier is not powered, but it works and illustrates that the antenna and coax are ok. I need a new power supply. Back in business soon!
Thanks again for responding and helping me along the way, RVers are good people.
