110 power transfer switch?

Does anyone know where I can find the 110 power transfer switch in my 2011 Shasta Cynara 230? It's a clone of the Forest River Forester 2301.

I am plugged into shore power, but have none inside the couch. The surge protector says the power is good. Also, running the generator fails to give us any juice.

Any suggestions?

You did not say if it's a 30 or 50 amp and if the cord is one of the plug in type to the unit where it unhooks for storage or it's fixed to the unit. It sounds like board trouble in the TS also did you check the main breakers on the gennie and panel box

FYI

Much to my surprise my 2011 Encounter (MH) did not have a transfer switch. When I used the gen I plugged the 50 amp cord into a socket in a rear bsmt compartment. When plugged into shore power I would unplug the cord from the onboard socket and plug it into the shore socket.

I was stunned. I immediately had a transfer switch installed.

don't know where the transfer switch is Barb and that could be the culpret indeed,

Do you hear a click when you connect shore power?

But simce no AC power on shore or gen might be a main breaker also. May look ok but still could be bad.

It's 30 amp and orginally the cord was permanent, but when I spliced in the permanent surge protector, I added plugs so I wouldn't have to feed 25' of heavy cord down thru the cord port when I connected to shore power.

That has me thinking I should go check those connections. Back soon.

I would start with the cord make sure it test good then check all the new work that was done might be a breaker or something added in the mix to cut the power from going inside from aether source.
