2012 flagstaff 8528ikws slideout

i have a 2012 flagstaff 8528ikws kitchen slide out problem. it keeps coming out crooked replaced gear packs and rails had frame and motor inspected as well. if you do it manually it works fine as soon as you add the motor it pulls out from the back about a inch then the front starts moving so become crooked and does this from fully open as well pulls back in from back first which is the motor side any help will be great

Mine was somewhat similar. Problem turned out to be wear in the drive shaft that runs between the gear mechanisms at either end of the slide. The shoulder bolts that pin the drive shaft to the gear shafts were fine but there was slop in the holes in the square driveshaft tubing. This bit of slop allowed several inches of difference between slide end extension. I don't know why the manual crank would not exhibit the same behavior so this may not be your issue.

This is what the dealer said manually it works I haven't got trailer back yet to do it I was thinking the same my machinist buddy said he can make a solid one so no twist with a tighter fit and I was thinking rollers to help with any drag on the floor
