I am looking to get a 319ds as well, so all this info is very helpful. I still love this coach because it offer's everything I am looking for. I am also relieved to hear the customer service seems to be very good on these reoccuring issues. I large motorhome dealer that can work on large class A's and C's should be able to do all this alignment & weighing right?

Not all dealerships are equipped to do alignments or have facilities to weigh. Also, not all dealerships are the same , service wise. Some are OK and some can be a nightmare....

That is certainly true. I spoke to a factory rep and he told me that their dealers are not required to perform warranty work on your coach if you didnt buy it from them. This seemed very odd to me, because I thought what if I was traveling and needed something fixed? Maybe he was just trying to steer me to a local dealer, but I didnt like that statement. Here in San Diego the dealer is hugh so the alignment or weighing shouldn't be a problem.

I just ordered the Steer-Safe and will install it myself. I had one on a Class A, and it helped a lot with wandering.

I've got a new 2014 317SA, now with 6000 miles on it after a great cross country trip. You can take your hands off the wheel and it doesn't budge off the center line. It also tracks extremely well when being passed by big rigs.

I'm leaving in a week for a trip, but have driven the MH locally and the Steer Safe, so far seems to have made a difference. I'll know for sure when I get on the highway next week....
