2015 Berkshire 40 XLRB

We recently purchased a 2015 Berkshire class A Motorcoach and can’t figure out the stereo. We can’t even find what kind of a stereo it is and / or how to reset a passcode (no one can tell us what the passcode was). Any suggestion it help would be great! I’ve attached a pic

You will likely need to do a reset. If you can access the back you should find the manufacturer and model. Then search the web for instructions on how to reset the unit.

I suspect you can call the parts dept at forest River Berkshire division with your serial number and I’m betting they can tell you what it is and who to call. Make sure it’s the Berkshire division. Numbers are on their website and they’ve been good at helping us out if you’re patient. Mine has a way to reset it on the back and is a Magnadyne. There actually is a small tool that came with ours but a similar device will work. They were super helpful when we had camera issues.

Thank you

Tanks for the info! We were able to call Forest River with our units serial number and they told us the make of the stereo (Magnadyne) and a passcode!
