2019 Forester 2351LE - What's under the dinette seats?

I am looking at buying a 2019 Forester 2351LE but need to first know what if any large items such as furnace, water heater, etc. that can't be readily relocated may be mounted under the u-shaped dinette as we wish to modify the dinette to include two dog crates - one under each seating area. Unfortunately, the vehicle is at a long distance from me, there are no detailed pics and Forest River doesn't show locations of components in their literature. Thanks in advance for any help!

On the left and right side are long drawers. In the back seat area is blank. Just a cover and some wires. Then is NOT a good idea to relocate a fixed mounted furnace or water heater as all the ducting, wires and plumbing would be affected as well as the side of the coach with the grills and vents. Leave the fix mounted things where they are.
Now you could pull out the drawers and replace with something else. But you really do not have that much room. Maybe like 8 inches height. I put food items in these drawers. BUT NOT heavy items. Too heavy things will break the drawers. Happened to me. The drawers are not the best made things, cheaply done.
MY opinion. Under the dining table is a perfect place. Its roomy, flat and you could sit 2 dog crates on either side of the center post. But for actually dinning they would be in the way of sitting down to eat. You could sit the crates outside the coach.
Good Luck. Its going to be tight. But doable.

I guess I misstated that a bit. We are hoping it is all empty space under the dinette seats/ bench other than maybe seat belt mounting hardware. That way we can build in the dog crates under the dinette seating. I definitely wouldn’t locate anything mechanical/plumbing under there.

Going from memory here from our new to us 2019 31L5, we do not have drawers but only a door on the front of each side. The left side is mainly empty (seat belts etc) but the right side had only about half the space available, the rest taken up by a built in cover for something (maybe slide controller etc) and is not useable.
