2019 Sierra 368FBDS Shower Drain

Just bought this 2019 Forest River Sierra 5th wheel 3 weeks ago and we are full timing it in the Denver, CO area this year. Yesterday we discovered that the shower drain is frozen somewhere and won't drain. Anyone experience this and how did you fix? There are no plumbing schematics available according to the Forest River rep so I have no idea where the drain pipe goes and where the trap is for the system. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Would like to take a shower.

Wow! I feel for you. If your shower bottom is raised above the floor as ours was you can probably fins a way to get to the underside from an adjoining space. For us it was either by pulling out the drawers in the adjacent room's storage drawer cabinet or by removing a small section of the paneling in the bedroom on the other side. Then you could see which way the pipe runs and how it connects to other pipes and perhaps be able to get a hair dryer or a 110v light bulb in there. Be careful. If it froze solid it may have cracked and might allow other gray water to flow out once it thaws.

Is it frozen or maybe clogged? In our unit (not a Sierra ) we had our Hep valve that was clogged right from the start, had to remove a wall in the basement to gain access to replace it. Turned out the rubber in it was sucked up backwards and also clogged with sawdust, went to the factory and they just gave me a ne one, I did clean the original out and fix the rubber and it did drain correctly afterwards. It was right under the shower and easy to replace.
