Teenager?
Younger neighbor?

If the only way to get to WH Tank BYPASS is via storage compartment then somebody more agile will need to do the crawling

I thought I'd help but checked the map. Wrong side of PA, maybe someone can help close by.

I have a Catalina 2021 Toy Hauler 28ft and even though the water tank and fittings are in the storage area there is access to everything from under the bed, When you lift it up there is a panel to unscrew. This gives you access to the pump and so on. This being said It is still a tight area If you are a larger person. I'm only 5'8 160lbs and its awkward. Just make sure you support the bed with a Jam rail while under it.
