About to buy Fiver...questions...

Hi all,

New to this forum, and to Fivers, but not to RV'ing.
I'm looking over a 2017 Forest River Cherokee Arctic Wolf Limited 265DBH8.

I have a good feeling about it and the price, but being new to fivers, just a couple questions if y'all could indulge.

One, I'm seeing what looks like very limited rusty drippage on the overhead of the basement under what would be the bathroom.
Does this appear to be 'normal' shower/bath type occasional runoff, or something worse?

Two, rear cap folding of the vinyl. Looks like maybe production goof or normal vibration effects to me, but could it be something more?

Three, is this indention/sunken area above the Fifth Wheel normal?

Thanks all,

Rob

you might want to take a look at this before you take the plunge.

I look at all of them as potential major issues. There is no such thing as normal run off from a shower. I would take that as a leak. As for as the second picture, looks like bad construction and another problem. I cannot tell much from #3 picture.

I'd keep looking.

I think 3 looks like delamination. I’d pass on this one and look at some of the better built brands. The price might look good now, but down the road it may end up costing more than a higher end unit.
