Anyone changed the bathroom sink?

We are looking at a 369ds and a 378ts. Both have the bowl sink that sits above the counter. We don't like that sink.

Has anyone replaced it with a standard sink?

I guess I should have kept my original title.

The motorhome is a Georgetown XL 369ds or the 378ts

What year. It can be done. You will need to find a new sink that will fit into the space of the cabinets. After that you will have to cut the holes for the new sinks that is where it can get difficult. The original sinks are held in place with the drains going through the counter top and held in place with the drain pipe.

Keep in mind the countertop height for a vessel sink is much lower than standard countertop height. You may need to replace the sink cabinet or find some other means to raise the counter top to about 32" to comfortably use a flush mount sink.

That's what I was afraid of.

I agree with Steve-W. If you don't like the sinks, look for a different rig. Or....if you are ordering a new one, see if the cabinet/sink configuration can be changed.

As we discussed the coach tonight, we came to the same conclusion. The sinks and only 2 slides were cons to buying it. Big cons so we scrapped that model.

We did buy, but a different model. It did have the bowl sink. The wife did not like it so I did change it. She liked the high faucet so we left that. We will see how it works next time we use it again to see if the faucet needs to be changed.
