Awning slide and stabilizer jacks problem

Hi, new to the forum and thanks for welcoming me. Have bought a 2012 forest river puma by Palomino. Took it out and everything was working fine. Next time out the awning jacks and slide buttons all went dead at the same time. Everything except for the front jacks works with the remote control we have now, thank goodness. There are no blown fuses, battery is brand new and fully charged. Not sure where to go from here, we are plugged into shore power also. What would cause them all to stop working at the same time? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again

Have crawled inside and under it. At a loss. The jack switches are outside. Awning and slide are next to each other on wall near sink.

Congrats on the new rig! Sorry I can't offer advice on your problem. Keep her between the ditches!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Do you have a lci remote that controls various things on your trailer.
If so then download the lci app onto your phone if you can. There are helpful tips on there as well as numbers you can call.

Hi

this place is great

Have you tried to back check the wiring to see if you have a loose connection or a broken wire? Just a stab in the dark

Safe travels

Thanks for the welcome! I have checked all the wires I can get to and they seem fine. Just can't figure out why they all quit at once with the swiches but the remote for them still makes them work.
