basement heat in a 2014 coachman sport coach 360DL

Does any one know if a 2014 coachman sport coach 360Dl has basement compartment heat? Ijust got back from Arizona and had the black water tank andthe grey water dump valves freeze up. thanks in advance

I can tell you that my 2011 Sportscoach does not have any compartment heating. Maybe it was added as a standard feature or maybe it was an option for your year. Why not contact Coachmen with your serial number? They should know for sure.
