Bedroom slide in 2021 Sunseeker 3010ds

When we extend the bedroom slide the vertical trim on the right side tilts in towards the bed. The tilting has caused the horizontal trim at the top on that end to pull away. I read something about synchronizing the motors by holding the button down longer once the slide is extended and retracted. We tried that today but I'm not sure that helped at all. Anyone have any ideas about what's going on?

There should be a 4X6 black box under the bed, under a lift out panel. This is the controller for the motors for the bed slide. Now there is a small reset button inside the box. Use a small screw driver and push this button six time and the led lights should flash. You have 15 seconds to reach the room slide switch and push the room out and then back in. Do this a couple of times. The motors should then be resynced
This also works, if the room slide just suddenly quits or begins to move at different speeds and appears to come in crooked.
