Black tank odor coming through floor vent on steps

Hello, I recently purchased a Columbus e-series 5th wheel and when I turn on either of the exhaust vents (kitchen or bath), I get a black tank odor coming out the floor vent on the stairs.

Anyone have this issue and if so, how did you fix it? Trying to get some idea of what to look for before I open the area up through the storage bay.

Thanks in advance

Crack in black tank
Loose/worn out grommet on tank where dump line/vent line enters tank
Cracked down pipe from toilet

Gonna need to get inside that basement compartment and investigate source
*leave Exhaust fans running to help pull odor and then follow your nose
And have a really bright flashlight

First make sure it is not the static vent (air admittance valve) under the sinks that are not leaking.

And if you turn on the furnace fan, same smell? Odd how the furnace outlet and black tank co-mingled... Is the furnace near either tank, maybe start there.
Is it possible you have a H2O leak and it is a mouldy smell?
Is it possible the previous owner had lost their cat and yer going to find it....
Are you able to get your hands on a bore scope? They are relatively inexpensive on Amazon.
