Blue lights over slide

We have a 22 Greywolf that has a string of blue lights over the slide.
Neither me nor the wife like the blue colored lights. I assume it's meant to be a night light.
Has any of you removed the colored string and replaced them with something more neutral? Where would I look for a string of less bright white LED's?
These are on the 12 volt system, so the replacements need to be 12V.
Thanks All, DR

I'm not the RV light police or a light expert. Blue Street lights here in Florida are considered defective as the streetlights were white. But it seems there is a color burn off which turns the lights Blue, but in truth are defective. Now from what I have been told about vehicle blue lights under a vehicle. They are good at keeping bugs away and give you're a soft light that will not bother all other campers. I had always thought yellow lights did the same thing. You may also find a switch that changes them to another color as I know LEDs can do this showing three different colors, this I understand is a ground effect light system. Lastly try and locate the maker of the LIGHTS you have and see what the light maker says about them, Not the RV builder, the Door, or wherever you have the lights awning. Good luck.

We have blue light strips also on the awning, but those don't bother us. It's only the interior ones. DR

Outdoor LED lights seem to be all the rage--opinions vary. From what little I know, multi-color light strings have a special construction with different LEDs and multiple wire configurations. Powering the wires in different patterns, changes the lite "pallet," eg, combining red and blue make green? Unless you have a control box and remote--yours are probably just blue. Depends on how they are attached--some are in troughs behind opaque plastic covers. Most are just exposed to the elements and attached [glued?] directly to the fiberglass.

After some more investigation these are just blue tape that is glued in place. There is room to put a white string right above the blue string. I'm now just looking now for a string with the same plug. I can unplug the blue and plug in the white. While I'm at it I will add a string under the kit cabinets and inside the cabinets that have glass doors.
I'm glad I looked into this, it seems pretty easy to get the lighting where we want and in normal colors. DR
