Cable issues

We have a new to us 2015 Cedar Creek 38CK fifth wheel. We haven't had any problems yet getting over the air TV but now we are staying in a place with cable. We connected it outside, have not turned on the antenna booster, and do not have Dish. We are not getting a signal to the TV at all. There is a switch behind the TV with a green light but regardless of whether the light is on or not we still do not get a signal. We've changed all of the input settings on the TV also. Help?!?

Try to scan for channels using the cable as input. On our tv, when you go to scan, it gives you the option for over the air or cable.
