Concord water system

Just purchased a great 2018 300DSF, but find manuals are pretty "light" in area of information on water heater & general water system information. Removed panel below stove accessing rear of water heater and wonder what valve settings should be there as think have been changed. Appreciate any help. Also thought I saw a Concord owners "social group", but can't locate again. Thanks - Arnie

Describe current valving....Post picture of current valving

How many valves?
1, 2, 3??

Normal Operation:
Cold Inlet OPEN
Hot Outlet OPEN (if you have a shutoff valve on hot out...some just use a 'check valve'
Bypass CLOSED
