Considering a Forest River Coachman Chaparral

Hello Everyone, I have been around this forum for many years and currently own a 2007 Winnebago Voyage 35L class A motorhome that will likely be for sale soon. We are looking to downsize and looking at fifth wheels like the Coachman Chaparral. For some reason I have a bad taste in my mouth for Forest River products and build their quality. In doing research we keep coming back to the Coachman Chaparral as it checks many of the boxes in what we want. I would like to hear form owners of Coachman fifth wheels built after the Forest River takeover. What are your experiences and recommendations? Thank you!

BTW I own a 2021 Chevrolet 3500HD Duramax that we will be using to tow.

Can't speak to the trailers, but we are quite happy with our 2011 Coachmen Mirada built after the buyout. Overall build quality is better than our two previous Winnebago class C's. Winnebago was much better at documentation (wiring diagrams and manuals) but there is nothing that I have not been able to figure out. I would buy another Coachmen when the time comes.
