Couple of easy questions, I hope

I purchased my 07 Georgetown 315 SE about 18 months ago. The original owner had replaced the jack knife sleeper sofa. It was not secured to the floor that I remember.
I have replaced all the carpet with Allure flooring throughout.
How is your sofa secured to the floor? Small lag bolts and clips or what?
One other question. Coming up thru the floor at the back side of the passenger captains chair is an electrical line, two purple #16 gauge wires in a plastic loom. They were not connected to anything. Any idea what they are for?
Thanks for your time!

The wires behind the passenger's captain's chair are for the optional powered chair? Do these wires look like the wires behind the Driver's power seat?

I do not have a powered drivers seat or passenger side seat. There was no wire coming thru the floor on the drivers side. Thanks for the idea!
