Do I Need a Slider Hitch to Pull a Palomino Sabre

I'm getting ready to purchase a 2012 Palomino Sabre 32RCTS and would like to know if I have to install a slider hitch or will a standard hitch suffice? I have a 2012 Ford F250 6' 3/4" bed. What do those of you that have a short bed use?

I am not familiar with the Palomino, but as a general rule your shortbed will be a lot happier on tight turns if you have the slider hitch.

Prior to the motorhome we currently have, we pulled a 30ft Cougar 5-r with a short bed Chevy 2500HD. We didn't have a slider hitch, but then we never got ourselves in a position where we'd need one. It's doable, just depends on how confident you are in your tight situation maneuverability skills.
