You are looking for a "Low point" drain, might be white or sometimes there is a set of hot/cold low point drains together red and blue color. If you just stick your head underneath you should see them sticking down.

I have a 2018 26DS, my low point drains are in the rear driver side compartment, behind an access panel. Basically, right next to the water tank....Bruce

I have a Forest River Travel Trailer, so it may be (is likely) different.

I have two 90 degree turn valves in red & blue at the rear of my TT to drain the water lines, but the fresh water tank drain is a white slide valve, similar to the gray/black water dump valves, located directly underneath the fill hole for the fresh water tank.

Draining the water lines will not drain the fresh water tank. I guess it is possible that you could partially drain the fresh water tank by turning the fresh water pump on and opening those two 90 degree valves, but the dump valve is faster, probably fully empties the tank, and doesn't run the risk of the fresh water pump running dry.

my Coachman cross trek valves are under the kitchen cabinet drawers. What a pain to get to. You either have to wedge your arm in the opening of the drawer and frame with the drawer pulled out as far as it will go or, remove the bottom drawer completely so you can get in there better. But to remove the drawer you have to pull down on a latch to release the slides but on the right side there is a cabinet door which leaves very minimal space to put my stubby fingers to push on the latch. But Alas all is good....
