Forest River and the Ford 7.3L V8 Engine

I wanted to inquire as to which year and model Forest River Sunseeker or other manufacturers will be offering the new Ford 7.3L V8 engine and in what year and model Class C RV's.

Thank you

Don't hold your breath waiting. I expect it will be several years.

Anything built on the Ford E350/450 2021 cutaway chassis will have the V8. The 2021 chassis are currently being built. As far as when the RV manufactures will use up the existing chassis in stock on their lots and move to the new chassis is unknown. Remember that the model year of the chassis and the model year of the finished RV may not be the same.

With this shutdown, its going to be a while before any of these chassis hit the RV assembly lines. Only thing I have seen the new V8 in are F250&F350. No word yet on the bare chassis E series.
With the 10 speed and 4 something rear gearing, should make a killer E chassis!
