Exclamation Forest River Georgetown 375XL 2005

Hi. Thank you for accepting us into the group. We live in the uk and own a Forest River Georgetown 375XL year 2005.

We have encountered a problem though and it will not let us extend the slides out or lift the levelling jacks. We have heard that there may be a reset switch? Is this the case? or is there any advice anyone can offer as to what we can try? Thank you in advance.

Sounds like a circuit breaker has disconnected your hydraulic motor.

Look in your battery compartment.(mine was under the steps (2008 Georgetown)
Look for heavy duty cables going to (probably red cables) a small box or device.

This box will probably be black and mounted on a black background. If it has a button or lever it is a circuit breaker, push it and try your slides.

Remember though if the circuit breaker blew there was a reason that may need to be diagnosed and fixed.

Look for something like this on the wall underneath your entry steps.

Sometimes it pops a red tab sideways, but it’s also resettable.

Low batteries will trip it. How good are your batteries?
