Forest River Salem CruiseLite 180RT--Floor thickness

Hopefully an easy question. It's a 2018 TH model and the door/ramp is rated to 2500#, so I assume the garage floor is similar and probably at least 3/4" or 1" OSB or multi-ply. Want to install some recessed fittings to secure one or two removeable wheel chocks.

Thx in advance!

Bump. Anyone? No one has ever had to drill a hole in a TH floor?

I read online that is 5/8 tongue in groove subfloor. What did you find out? I'm looking to install etrack for dirt bikes. I'm wondering if you ever got this done and what you found.

Thank, Mark

The floor is 5/8 plywood in this RV. It's supported with what looks to be a 2x2 between the cross supports that attach to a perimeter frame. There is a membrane of synthetic cloth that protects from under spray.

I'm told by an RV repair that cutting the cloth is fine. Do it on a 3 sided cut so the flap can be taped together with Zip brand tape.

I'm going to insert a 3ft piece of 1.5"x3" C purlin between the floor and the cross supports underneath each side of the E-track. I'll put a total of four pieces of track that should allow me to secure 3 bikes alternating direction (2 facing forward, 1 face in the rear or vice versa)

I'll try to post some pictures of the process.
