Forester leaks

Hello,
We have a 2018 Forester GTS 2801QS.

Unit sat out in a recent rainstorm, significant leakage into the Driver side storage bays toward the front of the coach.

Has anyone else had a similar problem, and if so, been able to resolve it?

Would appreciate help here.

Thank you
George

Check your gaskets. It may be leaking there. You can buy the sticky strip gasket to replace or add to get a better seal. Another area to watch is the passenger side main awning. I had my rv leveled in my driveway. When it rained very hard it somehow leaked into the wall and ceiling. I found moisture around the speaker ring behind the passenger seat. I no longer level my rv in my driveway. Forest river says put a bead of silicone at the top where the awning is attached to the exterior wall. I still need to do this. However since I quit leveling the rv in my driveway it has not leaked again.

Forester leaks

Hi,
The leak is isolated to the drivers side at this time.
I've sprayed water along the bay doors there, outdoor shower and propane heater to no avail.
Suspect it is coming in higher, really don't see an entry point in the bays. Wiring
etc is surrounded by a large amount of spray foam insulation.

Thank you so much for your response
George
