FR3 + Boat

Anyone towing a boat with an FR3? Can the FR3 work on boat ramps to launch the boat?

need plenty of room at launch area to turn around and
get boat straight on the ramp

Ed,
What size FR3 are you using? I have an alumacraft 18' 6 with a 90 Yamaha. Considering the MH to take boat camping and traveling to numerous lakes.
My concerns at the ramp are maneuvering room and ground clearance for the ramp angles. Any wheel slip issues could be a problem also.

FR3 30 DS-
NO problem with ramp angles- although in high water conditions with a
long slope may cause some concerns.

I was the only one launching at the time- would not try it with multiple bays
and other boats launching at same time,

no wheel slip issues- just take it slow

Had a few boaters suggest I mount a hitch on the front of FR3 and push and pull at the launch-- also better view. Not sure about this

good luck
