At 65f the low side should be 25 to 35 lb and the high side should be 135 to 155.

What is F34? You should charge by suction pressure and discharge pressure.

I have been out of the refrigeration job market for over 10 years now, but have never heard of F34 nor find it as a refrigerant

I think DuPont F22 is R-22

I went to school for AC after Vietnam (1970) and haven't done anything with it in over 15 years.

The chart I have says f53 with silver multiflow condensor, starting 2016 is 2.75lbs.
2012-2015 its 2.13 lbs.
F53 with black fin & tube condensor its 2.75 lbs

f53 with serpentine condensor is 2.25 lbs.

It just depends on the system you have.
This shpuld give you some sort of idea, and as reviously stated watch those pressures.
