Does anyone out there own a 2021 Georgetown 32A3 Motorhome that could share some information on how the furnace works? We attempted to turn on the heat for the first time yesterday and think we r at a learning curve more so than having a problem. We have 2 air conditioners, the front AC from what we have read is a heat pump also. The back AC is just an AC. Furnace indicates is is 35000BTU. We have never had a AC with heat pump and are not very knowledgeable in this area at all. All advice would be greatly appreciated. The 2 thermostats are identical. Both thermostats have a furnace button, but the furnace button only works on the Unit in the living area not the bedroom area. We r sooooo confused

Our Georgetown worked the same way…..only operates the furnace from the front thermostat. We did not have a heat pump.

Set the fan to “AUTO”
Set the temperature to 80 degrees.
Does the fan start first?
That has to confirm the “sail” switch is working before the heater part ingnites the propane.

Thank you so much for the info. Makes us feel like we understand this a bit better. So when I run the heat pump, I do nothing with the thermostat in the rear bedroom then, is that correct?
