Georgetown GT7 36D7

We currently own a Tiffin Allegrobus, but we have owned a Forest River 5th wheel. So we like their products. We looked at a Georgetown GT7 36D7 motorhome recently at an RV show & we really liked the floor plan of this model. It also seems to have a better fit & finish than some older Georgetown’s we have looked at in the past. The one we looked at was a 2021. I would like to hear from anyone who owns this particular model, your likes & dislikes, any problems you have encountered, and your opinion on the general quality of these motorhomes. They are evidently very popular in Alabama because there are none available in the state.

We have a 2021.5 Georgetown 36D7 and love it. We have had 3 trips so far. Had some issues, but nothing major. Quality is good so far and we love the way the coach fits us and our lifestyle. Really loving the improved fuel economy of the new motor, 7.3mpg towing vs. 6mpg towing in our 2013 Coachmen Mirada 35DL.

36 D7

Sorry just seeing this. We got our 36 D7 in August of 2020. It is a 2021 model. We haven't had any major issues with this coach. There have been a few minor things that we have had to address but overall we are loving it. We had a 2016 Coachmen Mirada before that did us a good job but this on is so much better. The gas mileage is a big thing and the pulling power is so much improved. The stronger suspension really helps going down the road. We spend 3 months in Florida in the winter and we do just fine . one thing that has been disappointing is the dash. The center part is very hard to see on ours. They changed that later in the year and from what I have seen it is much better.
