Welcome to iRV2.
GFIC outlets can be problematic in RVs because there are other outlets wired through them ( daisy chained ) so they are wired differently than those in a house where they are stand alone .
Find all non operating outlets in the RV and unplug all the loads from them, then try to reset.

GFCI outlets wear out. If you try Skip's suggestion and remove all the loads and still have a problem, just buy and install a new one.
BTW, most home construction in the US also daisey chains GFCI receptacles.

My stick house was built 31 years ago and the GFCI's are daisy chained.

Ok then different wiring codes in USA for houses .
That would explain why the only place I've seen the GFIC placement ( daisy chained) was in my coach . If you want multiple GFIC protected outlets on one circuit ( in Canada ) you have to use a GFIC circuit breaker , in the main breaker box.
Well , I've learned something today , so I guess it's time to quit. Don't want information overload giving me a headache.
