How to disconnect the coach charger

Good day. I bought a boondocker 4 stage charger and installed it in the front closer to the battery.
I had a 120v AC out close enough to supply the charger. Currently i have the old charger breaker off and the dc supply to the coach is unaffected.

I see the ac lines going into the old converter from the breaker and two larger dc lines going into the dc fuse board.

In order to remove the unit do I disconnect these.

If you want total removal, you would remove the wiring. Another possibility would be to leave it in as a back-up charger, but I still would disconnect the DC wires.

FIRST, ensure all sources of power are off for safety, unplug the AC source, turn off the inverter, etc. and then remove the negative cable from the battery banks (chassis too), any solar feeds, etc. Then check for any residual voltages in this panel.
For the DC, the white is the one at the top in the Neg connector and the red is just below in its own connector (VCC).
I notice you have two AC wires into the breaker terminal Is one capped just below?
After you disconnect the wires, tighten up all loose screws so they do not vibrate out and while in there, check the tightness of all connections. Ensure the AC breaker directory is updated with the new charger info too. Reconnect the batteries, then AC... done.

Thank you, that second black goes to a cooling fan. I will disconnect and cap the wires you mentioned snd tuck it back in for a backup.

I should find the circuit i tapped into and upgrade that breaker.

Can you discribe how the boondocker i installed does the ac/dc conversion from its new location?

I only see one red positive wire that appears to be from the converter. How are your batteries connected to the fuse panel with the factory set up? Is your new charger a charger/converter? A straight charger will not work without the battery connected like a converter will.
