If you want total removal, you would remove the wiring. Another possibility would be to leave it in as a back-up charger, but I still would disconnect the DC wires.
FIRST, ensure all sources of power are off for safety, unplug the AC source, turn off the inverter, etc. and then remove the negative cable from the battery banks (chassis too), any solar feeds, etc. Then check for any residual voltages in this panel.
For the DC, the white is the one at the top in the Neg connector and the red is just below in its own connector (VCC).
I notice you have two AC wires into the breaker terminal
Is one capped just below?
After you disconnect the wires, tighten up all loose screws so they do not vibrate out and while in there, check the tightness of all connections. Ensure the AC breaker directory is updated with the new charger info too. Reconnect the batteries, then AC... done.
