Every roller shade I’ve ever seen has a round pin on one end, and a flattened round pin on the other end.
The flattened end fits into a bracket that is slotted. All you have to do is lift that end out of the bracket, shift the roll toward that side, and the round pin drops out of the bracket on its end.
To rewind one that won’t retract (assuming somehow the spring mechanism is intact and that somehow it got unwound without the flattened pin already having come out of the slot) is to remove the shade from the brackets (or at least the flattened end) then manually retool the shade back onto the roller. Then drop the flattened pin back into it’s bracket.
