INFESTED! (Postpowder Beetle)

To all:

Hello, first off, this is not how I want to start my first post with you all in this forum. I recently purchased a 2018 Puma Palomino (351THSS) made by Forest River in Sept this year. One month into owning this trailer, I found it to possibly be infected with a wood eating beetle.

Please see attached link for further as this is an on going discussion on another forum. Forest river is aware of the issue and is in the beginning stage of discovery and working a solution. I will post updates on the other form if you all wish to follow.

I want to make this known if other newer Forest River owners might experience the same issue.

Not to surprising, years ago had a customer complain about holes in their dining room table. I actually saw one emerge- that convinced me! We ordered a replacement and warrantied it. Manufacturer didn't even bat an eye.
